Test Day!
Today started out really well. I woke up a little earlier
than usual knowing that we had a test to prepare for. I feel really confident
about how I did on the test. I was pretty well prepared, at least in my opinion
(that usually results in bad performance lol) but my confidence remains. After
taking the test, we ventured to the Prometric Testing Center. In my honest
opinion, the place reminded me of a technological concentration camp. I mean I’m
all for structure, but the place seemed like it was ran by robots. I’m huge on
personal interaction, perhaps OCD about it, but I just did not enjoy the trip.
But hey! We’re all entitled to our own opinions right? Afterward, I ventured to
get some food with some friends. I decided that I would try the Korean BBQ for
the first time. Another big mistake. I ordered what I thought would be cooked
beef; however, when they brought it to our table, it seemed to still be
breathing. After we all left the Korean restaurant disappoint, we took a trip
to our favorite Turkish restaurant where they seem to never disappoint. After
dinner, we hit the rooftop. At this point on the trip, our nights are probably
more predictable than our well planned out days. I love the pattern I’ve fallen
into though. It’s a very comfortable way of living here in Japan.
