The Sumo arena had these flags in front of it when we arrived. Dr. V got us some tickets as we headed back to Chuo for class. We got to class and had a great discussion on they different types of retailers and stores that were available. This being said, he gave us a short assignment to go to Ginza and find as many of these that we could. It was alot harder that I imagined. There were more than enough stores, but not enough variety in the types. After giving it my best shot to find all of them, I headed back to Asakusa.
Later that day we headed to the Sumo Arena, but unfortunately we arrived too late due to a miscommunication. We ended up breaking off into groups and going off on our ow missions, ours was food. We headed back to Ginza to try and find the famed Kobe beef from Japan. This within itself was a hard task. So, we roamed the main street for a while (while getting lost a couple of times) and eventually gave up on looking for it. Instead we found this restaurant that emitted and astounding aroma that we couldn't resist. He ended up getting our steaks and we all had a couple drinks to relax. The best part was that we were all engaged in a very interesting conversation about business and what our business plans were for the future. Its was very inspiring and spark some ambition in myself particularly. This is was Ginza looked like at night. But picture this as every building, on both sides of a street, reminiscent of New York city. Ginza, the city that also never sleeps.
