entry 8

Today was an awesome day filled with walking and new experiences. First I woke up and got some breakfast sushi with green tea, after this I went into the bar area and caught up on some of the journals that I was behind on. after a while we went to the big campus of Chou university. We went there and started out by eating some curry and then went to class for the first time at the big campus which was truly a sight to beheld. The campus was about twice the size of my campus back at home. it also reminded me of a business building. after a cool class session with Dr.V we went to watch and make some origamie. My origamie was some what sub par but it was still a fun experience to make the origamie and see the actual technique. After the origamie we saw one of the coolest performances I  have ever seen. We saw Tyco drums which were so unbelievably cool. They were very loud and energetic. the people who were playing them were very talented, not only were they able to preform the beat at lightning fast pace they were also jumping, dancing and spinning their drum sticks. They were so full of energy and were having so much fun with it. All there excitement made me really want to play. After they were done with there performance I got my chance to try. They taught us a few beats which really did not end too well compared to there amazing performance. Even though I had no idea what i was doing it was still a very fun experience being able to play the drums. after we were done at the tyco drums went back home where I grabbed some sushi and settled in for the night. All in all an awesome day!
