Entry 4

Today we woke up and met Dr.V in front of our hostel. We went a different rout to go to school this morning to see if it was faster, it turns out that it was not faster then our normal route. After class this morning we went to go eat in the cafeteria. Later we all got together and went to the observation decks at the civic center and then we went to the twin tower structures around Shinjuku. After some breath taking views we went to the amazing district of Tokyo know as Shinjuku this was a very cool opportunity for me because I have really wanted to go see this place. There we got our train passes for Kyoto. In the basement of the Shinjuku station there was a huge food market where you could get anything from Dongo to living shrimp. I had never seen living shrimp being sold in small containers so this was a bit of a shock to me. All in all we did a tone of walking today and really saw some incredible stuff. I am very thankful for being here!!
