Shinjuku, The Demon City

After class today, we headed to Shinjuku as a group to see a few sites. On the way there we made a pit stop At Bunkyo-Ku Civic Center to get a good view of the surroundings near Chuo. With all the TNCIS members, we arrived at Shinjuku, which is allegedly the busiest and most crowded station in the world...and I can believe it. The station was packed with everyone on a certain mission, making us look even more like tourists than we already did. We registered for our JR passes, which will take us to Kyoto in the coming weeks, then immediately broke off into groups heading in all different directions around the city. Our group ended up at Bic Camera, a 5 story building filled with electronics and appliances of all kinds packed tightly and neatly. Any child or adult would go crazy in this store. I finally solved my Wi-Fi issue here as a kind lady helped me for about 2 hours. After everyone bought some stuff and had their fill, we made our way back to the Hostel to do some homework and get some rest. On the way back, right next to the hostel, we stopped and grabbed some freshly made Ramen and shared some laughs. Id say it was not only the perfect way to end the day, but the perfect thing to show me just the beginning of what Japan has to offer through its cuisine.
