HURRY! You Don't Want to be Late...
Today I woke up in a haste because there was so much to do before our departure for class schedule at 8:00 AM. My situation was slightly different from others that traveled to Tokyo with us because of complications associated with our living arrangements. We were told that we had to be packed and moved out of our room before we left for class. It didn't help my situation that everyone in my room had difficulty with homework the night before so our room was in a state of chaos to say the least. I did not get a chance to get some food before going to class, but that was of little concern to me because I never eat breakfast food. On the way to the university, we experienced a slight delay. The train abruptly stopped as there was something that was dropped onto the tracks. Then, one of my classmates failed to make it off the train at our stop forcing us to wait, but we had no problem doing so. Upon our arrival to the university, we were intrigued to see a view that we had never seen before. In class we discussed the introductory stages of marketing and talked about the four P's of marketing. After class, Alisha, Ryan, Dr. Sellars and I decided to go eat at a Turkish restaurant. I ordered the chicken on pita bread and it was the best dish that I have tasted since landing in Tokyo. After, we decided to explore the temple. The temple was extremely amazing due to its intricate nature. Every detail of the temple seemed to have taken a large amount of focus and effort to assemble. Upon my arrival to the hostel, I decided to go to my room and read a book until Dr. Sellars was ready for dinner. We spent our dinner time at an Italian restaurant and had personalized pizzas. I ordered a chicken and potato pizza; it was absolutely amazing! The rest of my evening was devoted to studying the marketing material designed by Dr. V. I really think that my next few weeks will be well spent here in Tokyo.
