Day 9 we attended the Advertising Museum that showed us the timeline of advertising and marketing in Japan from the Edo period to current day. Before we went to the advertising museum though, me and my roommates took our pictures to signify that we were actually in Japan with Japanese scenery. After taking our pictures we changed our outfits a little due to the temperature getting higher throughout the day. I decided to change into shorts from the pants I was wearing due to us going to be out basically all day. After we changed, we went to the advertising museum. I liked the advertising museum because it showed the history of Japan’s advertising and marketing with actual examples. It's a difference to actually explain something and we see the example and see the amount of change over time. I also liked that the advertisements were not regular. There were many different aspects about each of them that allowed the guests to look and pay attention to them. I liked seeing how creativity changed over time because Japan has some creative ads today. We ended the tour with a scavenger hunt of stamps around the museum that would reveal an image.
