Day 3 - Ashlee Bailey

Today, we went to the Sensoji Temple! It was super pretty here, and I recommend it to tourists. They had many shops where you could pick up souvenirs, as well as a variety of restaurants. One of my favorite parts was the fortune. I am not really into fortunes unless it is a fortune cookie, but this was very interesting. There were different levels of fortunes, good, bad, normal, etc, and if you did not like what you received, you could tie it up and let it go. After that, my classmates and I went to this restaurant, where I got fried chicken. I have never gotten fried chicken outside of the USA, and it was surprisingly delicious! On our way back to the hostel, we encountered some older Japanese ladies fascinated by my hair. It was hilarious to me. I think they've yet to see the type of braids I have before.
